Private design workspaces
The design studio lets you save dimensions, product and sample choices, project notes, planning worksheet versions and uploaded site photos or sketches. These records are stored using Cloudflare D1 and private R2 object storage. Uploads accept JPEG, PNG or WebP images up to 4 MB; a workspace can hold up to 20 images.
A private resume link is the access key to your workspace. Anyone with that link can read and edit it. Its access secret is held in your browser and in the link fragment; the server stores a hash. There is no email account or password recovery in this release. Keep the link safe and avoid including sensitive personal, financial or identity information in notes or uploads.
The studio also keeps a recovery copy of unsaved changes on this device for up to seven days. Preparing a HAUSE enquiry places a limited design summary in this tab’s session storage for up to 30 minutes so you can review it on the enquiry form. That step does not submit the form or include your private resume key, uploaded files or workspace conversations.
Planning and reporting
Saving a design is separate from sending a service enquiry. Worksheet prices are user-entered planning figures. Sandbox sample and quote actions record intent and do not contact a supplier, ship samples or place an order. Authorized manufacturer reports show aggregate product selections, broad locations and request activity, without customer names, email addresses, postal codes, photos, conversations or private resume links. Dealer responses and completed orders require an authorized operator to record a reference and evidence note; association with a project does not prove incremental sales.
Real HAUSE enquiries
Enquiries are processed using Cloudflare, the HAUSE customer-management system and Resend internal alerts. The form collects your contact details, location, project scope and consent so HAUSE can review and respond. Location does not establish a confirmed installer, price or booking.
For questions, access concerns, corrections or a request to remove a workspace, contact info@hause.ca with its workspace reference. Do not send the private resume secret by ordinary email. The platform uses expiring hashed IP/day buckets to limit new-workspace abuse.
This site does not take payment or create a contract through a planning worksheet. Supplier approval, availability, product suitability and final quotations require separate confirmation.
The quote form also collects province/territory, optional postal code and organisation, project preferences and optional approximate dimensions. We use these details to assess location, scope, supply and service arrangements and prepare a quote conversation. Canadian requests are reviewed by HAUSE; location does not establish a confirmed installer, service date or offer.
