Work back from a complete scope
Confirm the design, approvals and exact materials before treating a preferred date as an installation commitment. Separate permitting, procurement and site work so delays or open decisions are visible.
Ask which items are in stock, which need ordering and whether the whole project can be delivered together. Availability varies by region and collection.
Include the practical delivery details
- Project postal code and delivery/access restrictions.
- Where long boards and components can be unloaded and stored.
- Inspection of quantities, profiles and damage on arrival.
- Handling and storage instructions for the selected products.
- Freight, remote access, shortages and return/restocking terms.
Keep substitutions and changes controlled
Agree how weather, concealed repairs or unavailable materials affect the schedule. A substitute board or fastener needs approval before installation.
Canada-wide quote enquiries are welcome; local supply, freight, installation arrangements and a firm schedule are confirmed after review. Greater Calgary remains HAUSE’s service focus.
